When enabled, booking pages automatically assign appointments to the next available agent. Clients won't see agent names.
Bookings will be automatically assigned to the agent with the fewest upcoming appointments (or most available slots). The booking page will show your meeting types — not individual agent names. Clients are routed transparently.
Each agent has their own booking link, availability, meeting types, and appointments. Use the Viewing: dropdown in the top bar to switch between agents. When viewing an agent, all tabs (Meetings, Availability, Scheduled, Workflows) show their data. You can edit any agent's settings from here.
